Daughter of Lori Loughlin and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, Olivia Jade Giannulli, returned to her YouTube channel for the first time since her parents were arrested regarding the college admissions scandal over 9 months ago. The social media figure who has nearly 2 million subscribers, posted the 2-minute video called “hi again.” In it Olivia said she stayed away from social media during the heat of the investigation over legal concerns.
Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are accused of paying $500,000 to have their two daughters labeled as recruits for the USC crew team, so they could gain admission to the school. Neither participated in the sport. Loughlin and her husband were charged in a federal court in Massachusetts with a conspiracy to commit fraud, bribery and money laundering. They have pleaded not guilty and have refused all plea agreements.
In her video, Olivia said that she just could not stay away any longer from her fashion and beauty Vlog. She danced around the arrest of her parents saying, “I actually really, really miss it (social media). I feel like a huge part of me is not the same because this is something that I’m really passionate about and something I really like to do. … I’m really excited to start filming again and start uploading again.”
